| COR-001 2026-08-18 | Law Court accountability route | Technical correction | Removed the clean-route/.html redirect cycle and made the legacy .html URL redirect one way to the clean route. | The prior deployment produced ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. | V29 |
| COR-002 2026-08-18 | Law Court public-safe text | Privacy correction | Removed private contact details from an older accessible-text edition while preserving the public record. | The public-safe label required actual removal of private contact details. | V31 |
| COR-003 2026-08-18 | Tyler / eFileMaine audit | Methodology clarification | Labeled 234 as rejection/return messages, not 234 unique rejected filings. | Message multiplication could otherwise inflate the apparent number of independent filing events. | V30 |
| COR-004 2026-08-18 | York Judicial Center + eCourt | Cost-context clarification | Separated the $112.6M-plus broader modernization context from the narrower $82M-plus York-plus-eCourts reported floor. | The public money figures are distinct buckets and not one York-only audited invoice. | V32 |
| COR-005 2026-08-18 | Patrick S. Bedard record | Attribution clarification | Identified January 18, 2011 as the first available registry row carrying Bedard’s retained-attorney attribution rather than attributing the docket’s opening months to him. | The docket began in 2010, but the available registry attribution begins later. | V35 |
| COR-006 2026-08-18 | Amanda Morse navigation | Navigation correction | Removed a broken protocol-relative link, restored a static mobile accountability menu, and standardized the clean canonical route. | The public record page needed reliable access on desktop and mobile even when cached JavaScript failed. | V37 |
| COR-007 2026-08-19 | Public accountability system | Structural improvement | Added issue IDs, owners, response classifications, remedy clocks, source hashes, adverse-material limits, and next-review dates. | A large record becomes more accountable when ownership, status, and requested action can be audited. | V38 |
| COR-008 2026-08-28 | Patrick S. Bedard record + source notes | Source verification correction | Added the native June 11 Gmail timestamp and calculated that the first located written notice preceded the June 13 appointment by 39 hours, 51 minutes, and 48 seconds—not “over 48 hours.” The original quoted assertion remains visible, with a caveat that earlier oral or out-of-account notice cannot be ruled out. | Bedard’s June 27 email relayed an “over 48 hours notice” assertion; the retained Gmail header and stated appointment time support a shorter written interval. | V47R1 |
Correction standard
A source-supported factual correction is logged. A narrower statement may replace a broader one while preserving the reason. Disagreement with an opinion is published as a response or dispute, not mislabeled as a factual correction. Legitimate adverse material remains linked.

Bedard record: source precision, native timestamp verification, and complete historical preservation
The current page replaces the initial five-minute estimate with the documented 16-minute, 36-second email-to-appointment interval (about 17 minutes). It also checks the June 2025 “over 48 hours notice” assertion against the native Gmail header: the first located written notice was sent 39 hours, 51 minutes, and 48 seconds before the appointment—more than eight hours short of 48.
The original quoted assertion remains visible, and the update expressly preserves the limit that an earlier oral notice or a message outside the retained Gmail account cannot be ruled out. The February 11 order’s safety findings, the June 2025 competing positions, and all prior substantive Bedard-page content remain available.
