Public Statement: Justice for All
Justice for all cannot mean justice only for people who can afford delay, transcripts, procedural gamesmanship, and professional gatekeeping.
In family matters, delay is not neutral. Children grow while adults argue. Young people inherit the damage when courts, lawyers, parents, institutions, and political systems reward escalation instead of repair.
JTforME is independent and citizen-led. Justin Tahai is not a member of any political party. This project is not Republican, Democratic, left, right, or party-owned. Children are not partisan property. Parent-child relationships are not partisan property. Court access, record access, public accountability, and institutional responsibility belong to the people.

The adversarial nature of the two-party system is no better than the current adversarial failures of family court when the system rewards winning over truth, delay over repair, and positioning over responsibility. That harms society. It harms children. It harms young adults who inherit damaged families, damaged trust, and damaged public institutions.
A right that cannot be implemented is not access. A process that outlasts the relationship it was meant to protect is not justice.
The open letter is the record spine.
The open letter documents the scale problem behind this reform: 104,041 external-safe indexed pages, 108,080 legal-matter baseline pages, and an every-filing universe large enough to show that process can become the injury when institutions fail to act.
No party machinery. No adversarial theater. Children first.
This project asks people to think for themselves, read the record, protect children, preserve safe parent-child relationships, and demand institutions worthy of public trust.
It is public accountability without partisan capture: formal, sourced, child-first, and built around the constitutional promise to establish justice.
