PUBLIC PROCUREMENT RESEARCH CHECKLIST - MAINE eCOURTS / TYLER TECHNOLOGIES

1. Open the Maine Office of State Procurement Services Service Contract Search.
2. Use public access in the Vendor Self Service portal for contracts finalized on or after February 28, 2022.
3. Search vendor fields for Tyler Technologies, Tyler, Odyssey, File & Serve, eFileMaine, re:SearchMaine, and related vendor entities.
4. Search Judicial Branch department and contract-number fields where available.
5. Save each contract, amendment, renewal, statement of work, and pricing attachment with its contract number and date.
6. Request any missing historical contracts or amendments from Procurement Services and the Judicial Branch administrative custodian.
7. Record the authorized amount, paid amount, scope, acceptance criteria, service levels, and public performance reports.
8. Do not combine facility financing, courthouse construction, and statewide technology costs into one audited bucket unless the source does so.
